Saturdays at 8 a.m. / 60 minute Vinyasa Flow at Denali Fitness Interbay Location –> drop-ins welcome!

Private Lessons

I invite you to schedule private individual or group lessons for classes focused on overcoming injuries, restorative peace and healing, weight loss, cross-training, strength building, and more. Classes are tailored specifically to your needs with personalized flow sequences and unique playlists. Available Monday thru Friday in early mornings or evenings and throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. Contact me to learn more.
